Quick response

We had an issue with the air conditioning, they got service out to us quickly and stayed in contact to make sure it was fixed. I do hope the put a sign on the gate to warn about the step up when you open the gate but otherwise everything was as it showed in the listing. We used the indoor pool almost daily as a reprieve from the sun. Would stay a
