Experience pure luxury in this ultra-spacious 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath top-floor condo, offering over 1900 sq. ft. of beautifully decorator-furnished living space. Enjoy panoramic views of the ocean, bay, Harbour Island marina, and downtown Ocean City from the expansive covered balcony. With dual entry and split bedrooms, this layout provides added privacy for both family and guests. The condo features a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, microwave, 4 TVs, 4 DVD players, and free Wi-Fi. Numerous upgrades—including new flooring, granite countertops, living room furniture, and fresh paint—were completed in 2020. Professional murals add an artistic touch. Just 2 short blocks from the beach, boardwalk, dining, and nightlife, this property also offers an indoor pool and fitness center. Parking is available for 2 cars. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises, and pets are not allowed. Laguna Vista and this condo offer the pinnacle of luxurious living. Please note: sheets, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies are not provided, but a linen package including sheets and towels is available for an additional charge.

Amazing condo and location

This was a beautiful condo! The layout was great! We loved the balcony overlooking the canal. It was also a very short and easy walk to the boardwalk and beach.

Nice Get Away W/E

Arrived late in the evening, picked up the check in packet. We were not given the lobby code and the linen service did not deliver. However, a quick call to the property manager and we were in the unit. The kitchen had all of the amenities needed to prepare meals and the overall size of the rooms allowed our group of 8 to spread out and enjoy the property. A cool ocean breeze could be felt each evening as we sat on the balcony, where one can see both the ocean and the bay. Would definitely recommend this for those with families. The indoor pool was a big hit and my son and I enjoyed the fitness center. Outside of the linens not being there when we arrived, it was a great weekend escape.
