Great Property

We loved the community and especially enjoyed the walking path and the outdoor swimming pool. The parking was convenient. The condo was excellent and provided everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.

Great Place to Stay

Sunset Island is a great community for families. The location is excellent...close to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the pool and the walking path especially. The condo was great and spacious. The only drawback in my opinion was the room with the two sets of bunk beds was a little tight with the dresser in the closet. However, it would be great for families with smaller children. My grandchildren are 11 and 8. The balcony is very sunny in the morning. An umbrella for shade would be nice to sit and drink coffee. Overall, we enjoyed our stay immensely.

Labor Day Fun

My husband loved the bed in the Master. He never sleeps in and it was hard getting him out. The furnishings were perfect and the condo was stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed being on the balcony and the view and sound of the fountain. The glider chairs were a favorite spot for early morning coffee. Relaxing and comfy place. Convenient location in the community. Short walk to bay side amenities and to the exit to enjoy shops or the ocean.

Great condo! Terrible communication from rental company

Beautiful, fully stocked condo. Plenty of space for a family of 7. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking at the fountains and scenery. Our balcony access was cut off on our final day with no warning or courtesy call from Vacasa. While we repairs in the community are necessary, being given a heads up to the situation would have been the right thing to do for renters. The sliding doors were barricaded from the outside. We were unable to get to our belongings on the balcony. When we inquired, we were told the balcony was a “safety issue” however we had been sitting on the balcony all week until access to it was closed on Friday. Vacasa should have contacted us about the balcony issues, especially if it was a safety concern. Poor communication.
