Golden Sands 1208

Room was ok. Wifi for the building is terrible, it rarely works. Parking spot is not ideal for trucks. Golden sands in general is great, you don't have to leave the building.

I've stayed at the Golden Sands 8 times and this is the WORST unit I've ever rented. Do yourself...

The unit owner should be ashamed of themselves for stating that the unit sleeps 4 people. The pull out couch is unsleepable as the mattress has springs popping out and we were forced to sleep on the floor with the sofa cushions as the mattress. This is totally unacceptable. In addition, the toilet seat was broken, the toilet paper holder was broken and the heat light/lamp was also broken. Worst experience ever renting a unit at the Golden Sands!

Avoid even if free rental !

Horrible dirty unit ,, under bathroom sink dirty , cluttered. Fry pan caked on food. Rug disgusting , loveseat soiled with ?? , Old soiled towels left outside in blue bag never picked up. Not even dissatisfied but disgusted.

Cute condo but very dirty . Carpets and furniture very soiled. Dishwasher was FULL of dirty dishes. Lots of black hair on bathroom floor. Tub very dirty and shower head broken. Washer had blue liquid detergent dripping on outside. Handle on dryer broke. Balcony carpet needed swept. Very disappointed.
