  • The best of both worlds – great ocean views at an ocean block rate! Located just behind the oceanfront townhouses, this unit offers ocean views from the living room, bedroom, loft, and two huge decks, plus a fantastic pool view from the deck on the other side! Accommodating up to 10 people, this home features 4 bedrooms and a loft, along with a living room, kitchen, dining area, and three baths. (The 4th bedroom has its own separate entrance and deck overlooking the pool.) Enjoy sunbathing on the three spacious decks, furnished with comfortable deck furniture. The condo includes a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 2 TVs (with a premium cable package), Netflix, 2 DVD players, Free WiFi, a telephone, central A/C, and parking for 1-2 cars in the garage, depending on vehicle size. The property is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed. Note – there is also additional street parking in the area. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
