Moldy ceilings and walls, smells disgustingly musky, broken tub, stains on bedding and lamp, water damage in every room, useless staff. Otherwise, the kitchenette is helpful, balcony access was alright and its great proximity to beach and boardwalk.

The side view of the beach was good and the location on the boardwalk was also good. The staff was friendly and courteous. The ac was excellent, we had to turn it down because it was too cold. The room was clean.

Really nice place overall. Staff was friendly, room was nice, etc. Only bad thing to say was parking is horrible. Very minimal places to park and you can barely fit through the parking area. Otherwise a great place to stay.

Front desk staff very nice! Rooms are clean and the view of the ocean is beautiful! Rooms have everything for a few nights stay- small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker- shampoos and conditioner- hair dryer! Always a great stay with Americana! Will continue to visit!

not sure why this hotel has a low star rating room was exactly as the photos .when i couldnt find a parking spot because i have a 4 door wrangler staff allowed me to park beside the office outside the lobby and helped immediately without me asking.

This is a budget motor inn on the boardwalk downtown. It's oceanfront and we had a tiny room on the side with an ocean view from a small balcony with 2 chairs. We got a parking space under the building and they allowed us to use it until 2 pm after we checked out. The hallways were dirty but the room was fine. It had a small refrigerator & counter/sink but the table was not really usable due to the size of the room. The desk attendants were nice and helpful.

The place in general is dated. That being said, the place was cleaned daily. The staff was pleasant and helpful when needed. My biggest complaint was about the outside hallways between buildings… we came in during a storm, while walking from my room to the elevator on the third floor, I found the floor to be slick… slipped a number of times. My favorite part of my stay was the view from our ocean front room. Definitely worth the entire stay.

Our room was clean and on the first floor which was nice. I didn't need to walk down or up many flights of stairs. This hotel is right by the boardwalk which is right between the beach and the hotel. I would totally come to this hotel again.
