Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms will let you and your family spread out and enjoy the unmatched ocean views from the balcony. One parking spot included; resort charges $75 mandatory registration fee upon check-in.

Sanitized linen and towel delivery is included with ALL bookings. Cleaned and sanitized linens and towels for every bed in the unit will be delivered to the unit prior to your arrival. Pillows and blankets are provided in the closets, though you are welcome to bring your own! Upon checkout, please place pillows and blankets back in closets and return linens and towels to the delivery bag/basket to be returned to our linen service. This unit is a self-catering vacation rental; we do not provide paper goods (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) or cleaning supplies (laundry detergent, cleaning spray, etc.)

Note: Rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking or reservation will be automatically cancelled. Minimum age of primary renter must be 25. After booking, you'll receive an email from us with a link to complete the agreement.

$250 security deposit hold required; please note that while our system places a security deposit hold on credit cards without transacting any funds, debit cards may be charged the amount of the security deposit depending on your bank's rules.

Cancellation policy: Full refund minus service fees if greater than 60 days before check-in; 50% refund minus service fees if between 30 and 60 days before check-in. No refunds if less than 30 days before check-in.
