Great location and cozy place. Parking lot was a little odd at first but the light the get out was amazing during busy times. Access to beach and good amenities. We enjoyed our stay!

Most part pleasant. 2nd bedroom noisy from AC unit plus balcony noisy from AC unit. Front door was hard to open. Bedroom 1 was filthy behind end tables I had to clean it. Told lady at Vacasa said they don’t clean good should have said that when we rented it. Hope they tell OWNER!

Great place in the beach
I can't say enough at how clean and wonderful Quay 1002 was. The location is perfect. Easy access to all Ocean City has to offer. Looks exactly like the pictures. It was perfect for our family of 4. 2 bathrooms is a game changer when getting ready. Everyone who we met in the building was super friendly and helpful. My son lost his chain/cross somewhere outside at the pool and several people helped to look for it and even did so for a day or so after coming up to check to see if it was found. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Washer/dryer was great to get a jump start on laundry from our stay and to ensure we had clean/dry beach towels. The extra hooks on the walls inside and outside on the balcony were perfect to hang towels etc. We had a fantastic time and would stay here again for sure.

Fantastic property
We had such a great experience for this trip. The unit was very clean, the staff at the Quay were helpful, and the location is amazing. Check in was a little confusing since you pick up the keys at a different location but it wasn’t too far from the property. We loved it and will definitely be back!

CLEAN, BEAUTIFUL VIEWS, COMFY, ACCURATE DESCRIPTION!!
My husband and I stayed at the location. This is the cleanest place I have rented to date. Usually i bring cleaning supplies with me, i did not have to touch up anything. The one detail I would say is to read where to pick the door key and fog up at. I mis read that you pick it up at another loaction, it is not far less than 5 minutes. Views are beautiful, quiet, friendly building. It is right up on the beach. Close to restaurants and activities by walking. Just pay attention to if there are car shows going on, as that makes traffic at a standstill. I will 100% stay here again. I loved the vibe and layout along with the decor!.
