Great location

Great location and cozy place. Parking lot was a little odd at first but the light the get out was amazing during busy times. Access to beach and good amenities. We enjoyed our stay!

Possibly the best condo we've stayed in so far in OCMD. The bunk beds are a bit flimsy but worked for who slept in them. Many options in the home, well stocked with amenities inside it and loved the decor!

Great Location

The location is probably the best aspect of this rental. It is steps from the beach. The outdoor pool is between the co do and the beach, which is super convenient. The game room kept the kids busy on the rainy day. There was plenty of space for our family of five and it was well stocked with amenities. We are already talking about coming back!

New Favorite Place to Stay!

We loved our stay here! The condo was clean and updated, the pools were great, and the beach was perfect! I don’t know why the previous reviewer said it smelled like cigarettes. I’m an ex smoker and my husband is pretty sensitive to it and we didn’t detect any smell. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Fantastic property

We had such a great experience for this trip. The unit was very clean, the staff at the Quay were helpful, and the location is amazing. Check in was a little confusing since you pick up the keys at a different location but it wasn’t too far from the property. We loved it and will definitely be back!

This place is awesome! Conveniently located a few steps to the beach with no streets to cross. Indoor pool and arcade room was extremely beneficial to entertain the kids during the rain. The condo was spacious and delivered everything we hoped for to make our stay relaxing. The balcony provided a view of the ocean and an amazing view of the bay. Highly recommend!!!!

Weekend getaway with friends

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beach themed condo. It was very tastefully decorated, with newly remodeled looking bathrooms. I is also a nice touch that the owner sticks some kitchen 'extras' like foil, plastic wrap, basic cooking supplies (oils, sprays, seasonings, etc) They have gone to extra lengths to make for an easy stay. Will be back again. Thank you.

Great place in the beach

I can't say enough at how clean and wonderful Quay 1002 was. The location is perfect. Easy access to all Ocean City has to offer. Looks exactly like the pictures. It was perfect for our family of 4. 2 bathrooms is a game changer when getting ready. Everyone who we met in the building was super friendly and helpful. My son lost his chain/cross somewhere outside at the pool and several people helped to look for it and even did so for a day or so after coming up to check to see if it was found. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Washer/dryer was great to get a jump start on laundry from our stay and to ensure we had clean/dry beach towels. The extra hooks on the walls inside and outside on the balcony were perfect to hang towels etc. We had a fantastic time and would stay here again for sure.

Nice place, smells bad.

The condo is well-appointed and fit our family of 5 nicely. There was plenty of hot water and the heat worked well. The building is a little dated but is generally well maintained and we found the staff helpful and the general tenor of the tower quiet. As we visited in the winter, it was too windy to enjoy the outdoors, but the indoor pool and ping pong table downstairs helped keep the kids occupied. Fair warning: If you or your family have asthma or are sensitive at all, this condo has an overwhelming stale cigarette smell including in the beds. Perhaps less of an issue when weather is better and the windows are open, but it made our stay uncomfortable.

A great spot!

We loved this condo! A great, quick spot for two adults and two kids 8 and under! We loved how easy it was to explore the beach and pool — parking on site was quick and easy each time. Grocery stores are near by and condo staff were very helpful and friendly!
