Good not great

The oceanfront view is awesome. The outdoor furniture is comfortable and was adequate seating for us (2 adults and 3 children). A larger party may not feel same. The family room/tv area has ample space and seating but the couch and loveseat upholstery need replacing - soiled from use and the Chairs are covered in vinyl upholstery. Vinyl/pergo flooring makes for easy cleaning of sand but equipment to vacuum and sweep are outdated or not maintained - a Cornhusk broom and a vacuum with a full cleaner bag with no replacements available. Bathroom in master bedroom is lovely and roomy with 2 sinks and standing shower. Unfortunately the grout in the shower is beginning to get moldy. Obviously The cleaning crew is skipping this work. Both Bathroom ventilation fans are loaded with dust. Master bedroom has king bed with a firm mattress but comfortable. There’s a slider door with balcony access but it doesn’t work. Maintenance crew had to come out to fix three issues- slider, curtain rod, & garbage disposal. Slider was the only job that couldn’t be repaired. Our stay was enjoyable but it had its glitches as mentioned and more. The view is quite lovely but I expected more for what I paid for and will try another oceanfront place next trip.
