Great place to stay

Beautiful property with great views on the beach. Amenities were really nice. Kids had a blast on the playground, basketball and volley ball courts. Easy walk to the beach. Beautiful balcony. Updated room that was very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend it!

Lovely and Clean

The condo was spotless when we checked in. Beds are very comfortable and the building is quiet. Overall grounds were also well maintained. Recommend to anyone looking for a beach front place to stay in OC.

The rental was perfect! The $55 parking fee was clearly communicated in advance but not mentioned in the listing. Additionally all the amenities are not necessarily included without the activity fee/tags. The property was perfect and beautiful!

Great view and very clean

Beautiful condo, great views and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed during the off season and we were expecting the indoor pool to be open. However, it was closed so that was disappointing. But we had many other things to keep us busy. Over all a terrific place to stay and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

Best place to stay with a family!

Our room was immaculate! The room has small touches that made it feel so cozy, ample sitting space, games, and large balcony were some of the perks. The hotel itself is beautiful. They have an indoor& outdoor pool, an arcade (which is a little dated), and a movie theatre with three movie showings a day. There is a park and tennis courts right on the property. They also have a “borrow a toy” section where kids can borrow buckets and other beach toys for the day. I thought that was incredible because we can use different things each day and return them. The staff is so helpful and friendly. I really couldn’t recommend this place more!

Nice unit in a good location

The unit was clean and well appointed. The balcony offered a good view of the beach/ocean. We took advantage of most of the amenities offered at the condo complex (pools, pickleball and basketball courts, volleyball, and cornhole), which was nice with our kids who prefer to be active rather than relax at the beach (sigh)! While we did have to drive to some places, such as the boardwalk, there was plenty to see and do within walking distance. My only wish was that there was a Keurig, which there was not. Small detail, we managed with the coffee maker in the unit. Having beach chairs and an umbrella provided for renters to use more than made up for it.

Newly remodeled, clean and comfy

Decor was simple and clean. Nice seating for the balcony, great chairs to borrow in the laundry closet, easy access to elevator. We’ve stayed at sea watch before and this was a great apartment!
