Really enjoyed the space and location. Only recommendation for potential guests would be bringing your own air mattress instead of using the couch bed that's offered.

The furniture and condo is antiquated and sorely needs updating, especially the front door knob .

The condo is a 3 out of 5 but have given it a 4 as the view is killer and the beach access couldn’t be better.

Astounding view!

The condo was a bit smaller than pictured but very nice. Lots of stairs, so not handicap friendly. Blinds in upstairs window didn't close right allowing lots of early sun. BUT, the view made up for any and all shortcomings!

First off, room not ready. I was told that the cleaner had just gotten there and started cleaning a half an hour before. So I went and ran some errands and came back and the girl said oh he was done five minutes after you left. So I really don’t think there was much cleaning that went on, and there wasn’t. There was sand in the bed I’m not sure if the sheets were even changed, and all in all it was very disappointing

The balcony is the only good thing about this place. Yes. The first day I was having to clean the condo the best I could. The place looked like it was just quickly wiped down. The floors were dirty. The bed spreads all had stains. The sheets were already placed on the bed with the dirty bedspread. The sheets had hair on them. The shower curtains were ripped and stained. The lamp shade in the living room area has a bunch of dark stains over it, almost like someone splattered something on it. The couch looks old and wore out. The beds are stiff as ever. The room upstairs near the bay has like 4 lamps in there and only one works….. actually Half of everything in the condo does not work. The stove was dirty. The curtains for the balconies are filthy and smell so bad especially when the sun is hitting them. The washer had food on the knobs. The walls have stains on them. The place is hot as hell and never cools down. The sliding doors to both balcony’s are broke. The room upstairs near the bay window smells so bad like vomit and filth. When wiping down the railings, the wipes were completely black. My family and I had to make payments on this just to afford the room because it is so ridiculously high but we love the building. But this condo in general is digusting and should not be aloud! Im not sure who you have cleaning these places but they are NOT cleaning. The place is not worth the money and the owners obv do not care because the place is so nasty and outdated and I know I cannot be the first to say something. The place needs a lotttt of TLC and a lot of remodeling. Stop scamming people out of their hard earned money.

Being near Ocean was great. But the 5G towers on the roof of building were very disturbing and caused headaches and GI distress

Oceanfront escape

Great location, on the beach… 25th floor with 3 elevators (1 for ground floor beach access)… pool open 10-8… no issues with TVs… easy WiFi connection…. Would stay again!
