Good location

Place is nice. The Check in location doesn’t seem necessary, since the parking permit is in the unit. once you check out don’t forget anything cuz getting back in the room is near impossible. Really good location for teen kids to walk the boardwalk. Probably won’t rent thru property management place again.

Great location but not the cleanest

The location of this was perfect!! Great view also!! Whoever is supposed to be cleaning did not do their job well. The bathroom was gross and it looked like no one has ever dusted, cleaned under or around the beds, and like they just pushed stuff to the corners instead of cleaning.

Cozy space

Nice, cozy little place. Fit our family of 4 very well. Our 2 small kids had fun in the pool on our rainy day. We loved easy access to ocean and being so close to boardwalk (which was not loud as I presumed could be). The loudest item is bathroom fan which was not a big deal. The bedroom is tight on space but raised beds allowed for space underneath for our suitcase. We packed light so the washer and dryer were great to have! We cooked few meals and were grateful to have skillets, pans, utensils, strainer and mostly all needed to prepare foods. We would stay again
