Property was an excellent location. Only negative was a karaoke guy dediced to set up on the boardwalk one night in front of location and blast not so good singing until midnight.

Wonderful place and location!

Lovely. Had a wonderful time and the location ,decor, pool, washer/dryer, added to the experience. Truly, felt like "home" for a week.

Location location location.

Right on the boardwalk and beach. The condo was up to date and clean. Very easy to get to pretty much anything from the location. Super convenient for kids. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

It rained most of our trip so we were actually in the condo most of the time. The location is the best. We sat on the deck and people watched. You can walk to most places - breakfast, lunch, snacks, and more.

Best rainy, stormy weekend ever!

The remnants of Ian were upon us the whole weekend, but we didn’t care - we had this awesome condo to just laze about and watch the angry ocean. Maybe not the trip we planned, but a wonderful time nonetheless! The condo was clean and well appointed. Thank you for a terrific stay!

Perfect condo!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this condo. It was immaculate and nicely furnished! Rarely do I go into a rental that I do not have to clean something. Not this time! Everything was spotless. I would highly recommend this condo and hope to return for another stay!

Birthday trip

I come every year in mid September. The only complaint I have is now ocean city is having an event called oceans calling. The city shut down the beach in front of our condo and every morning starting at 6:30 am they started construction that ruined the beach experience with sounds of beeping and bangs. No fault of Belmont Tower at all. Our condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. The pool was in need of a good scrubbing as it had algae growth on the walls.

The cleanliness and They were ants in the master bedroom and the living room

It was a beautiful condo we loved it there it was only two issues whoever the cleaning company that clean prior to us coming in did not do a very good job cleaning the sinks the toilets the floors the bedding everything was just not very well maintained and clean also there was ants in the master bedroom on the nightstand bed flooring We went to the local supermarket and got some ant spray because we had ants on us but other than them two issues everything was fine the keypads were there everything was there all the check was great like I said the cleaning whoever is cleaning you may wanna get with them and keep an eye on them because it didn’t clean very well at all and the ants that was it thank you so much

Excellent vacation!

Upon arrival my family and I were in awe, the condo is nicer in person than what you expect from viewing the pictures. It is clean and well taken care of. All the appliances you need are there. It is in the perfect spot, I did not get into my car once the whole week I was there other than to get some groceries, over the bridge. This condo is right in the middle of all the action. No need to search for parking, because you are right there, everything is within walking distance. The beach was beutiful and so well maintained. There is a little play area right in front of the condo on the beach for little ones. The beach is swept every night... it is so clean and the ocean is fantastic. You could see the dophins from the room, bring binoculars. The sunrise is amazingly beautiful. We plan to visit again next year and wouldn't stay anywhere else. It really is worth every penny. Jami was wonderful to work with and more helpful than she needed to be. It was one of the most hassel free vacations I have ever enjoyed. My whole family loved it and can't wait to go back.

This condo is perfect! Very well equipped, clean and comfortable. The location is minutes from the boardwalk and beach. The balcony sits over the water and has wonderful views of the bay, amazing sunsets and on several days we could even see the wild ponies on Assateague Island. Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful condo!

The property itself was beautiful! That was our 3rd stay at the Belmont. Perfect location and ideal condo layout for our family. Only drawback were some pesky ants.
