Escape the North!

Great property. Host was courteous and prompt. Great indoor pool for kids. We saw a pod of 40 dolphin. Asseteague ponies were beautiful!

Perfect for what we needed

The condo was perfect and in a great location. The master bedroom and bathroom are separate from the 2 other bedrooms. As a chronically ill person, this was perfect for me and my partner when I needed privacy or quiet. The other bedrooms were a great size, it was perfect for a family group of 7!

A great oceanfront retreat!!

Communication was great! The location and view were amazing! The heated indoor and outdoor pools were a really pleasant treat for our trip in early October. Overall, a really nice experience. Will be in touch for next year

Love the location everything was close by the place was clean I will be renting this one again very close to where my family lives so they came we went out dinner at Phillips crab house and they returned back to there homes really love the area since I was born about a hour from there

Perfect set up for my family

Stayed in Aug 2022, always love OC! Condo had everything we needed and was thoughtfully arranged. A little TLC and a deep clean are probably in order but it is late in the season and to be expected. Management was very communicative and helpful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is beautiful and has a great layout. It was very easy to get into our condo. The view was amazing! The only downfall to this rental was the parking. It did not say anywhere that you could only have 2 parking spots and any other cars would have to park on the street or in the public parking. We had 3 vehicles and had to park one down the street at the municipal parking. We were told there was not enough spots for everyone but everyday there were multiple open parking spots. Also we were charged $50 for first car and $60 for second car. This was not the fees that were in the reservation details.

Great place

The place was great!TV in the main room did not work. The control remote had batteries that semmed to have been in it for a long time.Plenty of dishes and cooking utensils, dishwater , stove and refrigerator are brand new and the unit is in great shape. Wonderful view and easy access.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit looked exactly as shown in the photos. It was spacious, with large bedrooms and closet space. The view was great. I enjoyed the recliners by the patio so I could be in the A/C but feel like I was on the patio. Plates and dishes were nice. Notes for checking in that would have been helpful to know-- the sign for the Quay is small and easy to miss from the street; park anywhere, then look for the 'exit' sign underneath 2nd floor walkway, the security entrance is there. Also there are laundry carts you can use to bring your belongings to the unit. Ask security where to find them. If you arrive at 4pm just expect a lot of carts waiting for elevators. It wasnt bad, I just would have liked to have this info ahead of time to be prepared. Would definately rent this unit again.

Great place and walkable access to beach, restaurants, and bars.

This beachfront location was fantastic for a fairly walkable stay. A few short steps to a pool and the beach. Several restaurants and bars within walking distance. The unit was nicely furnished and clean. Only complaint was the airflow in the back two bedrooms was minimal. Luckily there were bedroom fans.
