    The Space:

    This is a large luxury, ocean-block condo, ideal for your next beach vacation with friends and family! You'll love waking up to the toasty aromas of freshly brewed coffee then taking your first cup out to the private balcony. When you're not out taking long walks along the shoreline, hang out in the living room to watch a movie or show on the flatscreen TV mounted above the gas fireplace. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals to enjoy at the dining table with seating for six. The free WiFi will make it easy to research a fun new adventure or post your best memories to your social media. Things to Know Free WiFi Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Weekend getaway

The condo was surprisingly spacious and we appreciated the convenience of the covered parking garage. The rooftop pool was peaceful and provided a view of the bay and the ocean. The condo had everything we needed for our stay.

We rent a place every year at the beach and I was not excited about this place, thought it would be small. It wasn't small it was very large, enough room for everything they even provided towels and some soaps. It's very close to the beach. Close to On the Bay Seafood witch we like and the Taphouse and Candy Planet are right across the street. We would definitely book again.

We stayed for only a few days but the place was clean and very well taken care of upon arrival. It was stocked with necessities and just an overall comfortable place to be. My husband said “this feels like home” when we walked in. The only downside is how loud the traffic is at all hours of the night. Thankfully our little ones sleep through anything, but it is something to consider if that’s a concern of yours. We’d definitely book a stay here in the future.

Thank you for such a perfect family vacation! Although we did not spend much time in the home, the time we did spend there was great. The place was very clean and well maintained. It was a perfect little place for what my family needed. My three teenage kids slept comfortably and had no complaints! That’s rare at this age. lol Thank you for helping us end each day with a comfortable, peaceful spot to climb into bed. We will surely be back!

Attention to some details

Owners, Just FYI, all the games you have are missing pieces and can't be played...except Sorry and Yahtzee. You could use a deck of regular playing cards. Soaking tub water handles are reversed and we didn't know that. Also sofa bed was too uncomfortable to sleep on. Hopefully this review will be helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!! Our grandkids loved the pool on the 4th floor!!
