Beautifully decorated (but move breakables if you have little children), exceptionally clean, extremely quiet and peaceful, gorgeous view (you can open your eyes and watch the sunrise from bed. Sunset is beautiful from the 6th floor walkway). Northside Park (as well as mini golf, Alley Oops, and other restaurants) just a few minutes walk. comfortable beds and furniture, fully equipped kitchen, we would definitely stay there again. The only challenge was where to store our bikes, but a friendly resident helped us out. Also, there isn’t an outdoor “shower”, it’s a short hose for rinsing feet and beach items. We had a small maintenance issue but the property manager was very responsive and resolved it quickly.

Just finished our second stay in this beautifully decorated condo with a very well-appointed kitchen. Great view of the ocean and easy access to Delaware beach towns as well as OC’s great venues.
