Great Vacation with VACASA.

All linens and other essentials were supplied by Vacasa. The condo has a fantastic few and all amenities needed for a stay.

OK for an efficiency but....

Room curtains hard to close, no way to open and close except PULL on actual curtains which are floor to ceiling. The bed which is a murphy bed is quite short and could be updated as well as the pillows. Perfect location to everything in OC.

Beach view was nice, bar and store availability, washer/dryer in room and even a kitchenette was nice. Dislike: the lock was difficult to unlock and lock back, and door was as well to open. Water pressure could be better. Overall good place to stay.

Floor gritty,furniture, outdated antiquated the balcony was filthy dirty, and loose. Owner needs it really check his place out and upgrade. Otherwise people will not come back. I know I will not come back. I was an owner at Golden Sands in OCMDsix years from 05 till 2011. That’s why I can speak on it.

The elevators were a nightmare. And the WiFi in our room did not work. But other than those 2 things, we loved the location and the property. All my check in info said 2 in multiple places and we got there and I called Vacasa and he said 4, so that was irritating. But the woman at the desk gave us a parking pass anyway and was a complete gem!

Cute little condo

The location was great, the place was nice with extra things to do, close the beach, the condo itself could use a bit of updating. Things such as higher chairs on the porch so you can see over the glass, new mattresses, but overall nice place for 2-3 people.

The view, actual hotel was beautiful, had all amenities of a first class resort. Elevators were slow during the day. The room 605 wasn't as nice as other places I have stayed with vacasa. Burners on stove were lopsided, refrigerator wasn't as clean as I would have expected, bed was LUMPY, BUMPY, etc.
