I was looking for a place to stay that could accomodate 4 people, be close to the boardwalk, and be within budget. Vacasa had many listings for places to stay that were much cheaper than anywhere else. Very clean and I am satisfied with the stay!

Perfect little beach condo

The condo was perfect for us, I loved the layout and all the beachy decor. The bar counter top was the reason we booked the place, it was great to hang out there. There was only 3 barstools though and we needed 4 (as shown in pics). We were unable to connect to the Wi-Fi after multiple attempts, the credentials provided by vrbo would not work, and the support group was not able to help us. We ended up connecting to our xfinity account. The TV wouldn't work either...but the shower pressure was great! Overall it was a nice little place. I'd definitely stay there again!

Lots lacking

If I could I would give a half star.....property at first glance looked clean.....but on further inspection, it wasn't. Broom we needed to use to sweep up sand had a huge clump of hair on it. Temperature was set to 77, called the office was told only the owner can change setting.....we played with the thermostat and got it down to 72. Instructions we were given for the TV didn't work. No hand drying towels for bathroom....Master bedroom bed was very hard. Cover on the vent to outside fell off when we used it.

Good location. Amenities good. Broken stool which left one person without a seat while eating. Ants in living room and full bedroom which were not taken care of by anyone throughout our entire four day three night stay and reports upon arrival. Trash items left behind in both bedroom and living room and bathroom trash not dumped prior to our arrival. Parking spot TIGHT and also taken by another vehicle one evening. No one could help with this issue. Everything was reported daily through text and phone calls and we did not receive any help from property managers as they did not answer their phones when Vacasa guest services try to reach them. I will not be recommended this property to anyone nor will we be returning to this rental.
