Recalibrate your expectations of a luxury experience.
When I walked in to central reservations. Steve P. looked me up and down before he greeted me (the same occurred with the associate we later had to call for TV issues). That immediately foreshadowed the level of service I would receive. As I listened to the other associate walk a family through their rental in detail with how to contact the office and their hours if anything were to go wrong, I knew Steve was doing the bare minimum. It made me feel that I was not in an inclusive environment.
If you choose to rent this location, here is what is not disclosed (but does show up in other reviews): The wifi in the front bedrooms is very weak-phones and the smart TVs will often lose connection. The front bedroom left TV was inoperable the entire time and after numerous calls, was never resolved. Poor customer service from Central Reservations (which is who you will be dealing with - not the owner).
Safety: The security latch on the door is coming out of the screws and was that way before we arrived, but was not addressed.
Quality: Average cleaning done - dishes, cups and flatware still dirty, drawers and cabinets not inline, vertical blind missing, refrigerator tray loose. Fair overall cleanliness - other reviews affirm this. Very little quality checking done on this property. I took pictures of all the issues.
Overall, the value is not here for the cost, this condo is not luxury. Disappointing. Just calibrate your expectations. I also left a similar review on the paper evaluation they provide at the property.
