Great Location & excellent property management team

The room size and space was even bigger in real life than I expected and worked great for my family of 4. We were greeted by Cristine and she was quick to help with any questions I had during our stay. We were able to store our beach chairs right by the boardwalk, which made our beach days so easy and also utilized the outdoor showers to keep sand at a minimal in our room. Within steps of the door to the property is a Dunkin Donuts- you really can't beat that. Also Sunrise Diner next door for a great breakfast, and Shenanigans for lunch/dinner. Bull on the beach was just two blocks away, we loved the convenience of the best food spots to eat or grab take out. The distance to the inlet was very walkable for us and the kids (ages 7 & 10). We booked a last minute trip during White Marlin tournament- not on purpose- and I expected there to be some issues with parking and crowds, but parking was not as difficult to find on bayside, and our location really provided us the best way to be a step ahead of all the crowds. The room doesn't have a living room, but it didn't impact us since we just crashed in the room to sleep and change clothes, then get back outside for more fun- we did utilize the sunroom in the mornings to drink coffee. The temperature in the rooms was SO nice and cool, even in the sunroom. I highly recommend this place if you really want to get the most out of the boardwalk, beach, rides, and games.

Very Pleasant!!

My daughter and I did a Mommy/Daughter trip and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. Those steps to the 3rd floor was a bit of a work out, but I enjoyed it nonetheless! Darren (our check-in person) was both personable and informative. The place was virtually spotless and presented very well. The building itself was very quiet and relaxing. We will definitely be visiting again!
