Amazing stay

We had a wonderful visit in OC. The location was perfect. The space was clean , well decorated. Check in and check out instructions were easy to follow. The pool access was an added plus.

Heron harbor

We stay at Heron Harbor often. This was a new rental for us and we were satisfied with the cleanliness, decor, location. I wish we knew about the condition of the balconies and sliding glass doors that will be repaired later in the season. Communication could be more professional.

Great 3rd Floor condo

Great views, Great location. Surprised with amount of kitchen plates, cups, pans, bowls, etc. Also was surprised to see a Bach wagon with several beach chairs. Really well laid out. Decorator did a great job! Would definitely stay again! PS. Just be aware it’s on 3rd floor with no elevator. If you’re mobile and strong, no problem carrying heavy bags up. Otherwise pack accordingly that will allow easy transport of items up and down steps.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed here for our annual trip. The place was very nice. Pool was a great bonus because the weather was rainy on and off.
