Terrific condo

Amazing ocean view condo

Exactly as listed. The ocean view, quick access to the beach, and spacious rooms made this a great vacation. I would stay here again in the future.

Nicest vrbo we have stayed in

This property was lovely and fully stocked, cannot beat the oceanfront view. The one negative is that it is next to a beach bar and outdoor pool for the resort next door. There was live music going non stop and one night there was a huge party at the bar. Not the quiet north Ocean City I was looking for

Place was great. They were working on the side of the building, so drilling was very loud & workers talk loudly to each other very early AM. . Only downfall.

Fantastic Ocean views

The property was exceptionally clean, had fantastic views, and we could hear the ocean all night. It was beautifully decorated, and the kitchen was well equiped. The ADA height toilets and parking next to the elevator was convenient for anyone with mobility issues. My family really enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub as well.

Ocean City Maryland condo

Unit was very nice but throw rugs throughout unit was a tripping hazard especially for seniors. Also there was no screen on sliding door in bedroom. It was a hassle bringing all linens which should have been included in the price.

Off season getaway

Elderly family matriarch wanted to see the ocean one more time. This unit fulfilled her request perfectly. She was able to sit and experience the beach from her master bedroom as well as the balcony. Absolutely no complaints!

Anniversary trip.

It does need some updating but none the less it is a very nice condo and we would stay there again.

Girls Weekend Away 2024

We stayed here in 2023. They did a great job with the renovation. Beds were super comfy. I feel as if they definitely have the guests best interest at heart. One struggle we had was finding the correct light switches. We never did find the kitchen lights. We've stayed at many places over the 30+ years. I would recommend they label the light switches as well as printed instructions for TV use.

Girl's Weekend Away 2024

The condo was lovely, just as described. We found it to be extremely clean. We've stayed at many condos in OC over the 25+ years we've been doing girl's weekend away. We found that this place really gave great thought about what the guests might need. Such as, luggage racks in each bedroom, additional hooks on the bedroom doors, etc. We will definitely be booking again. Probably for our weekend away in 2025! One suggestion would be to provide directions for TV remotes.

Marigot resort

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a very nice rental unit. Everything was in very good condition and loved the big tv screens. My only fault with it was that it was next door to Ashore resort and the bands played right outside the balcony and could also be heard inside the unit also. Not the most peaceful vacation on those nights.

Amazing Beachfront Rental Marigot Beach Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has stayed in 3 bedroom condos at Marigot Beach for years. We love the location and the layout of the condos. We will continue to come back but maybe not to this particular unit. Though beautifully decorated, the unit wasn’t 5 star clean in the bathrooms and kitchen. The chair cushions on the beach front balcony had bugs crawling on them. Also, the thermostat was preset to automatically raise the temperature in the condo at 11:30pm and 6:30am up to 80+ degrees.

Beautiful condo in a great location

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. There were 6 adults and we felt like we had plenty of room to spread out. The view is beautiful and we loved being right on the beach! The unit is on the 2nd floor and is a corner unit. It has a nice balcony overlooking the beach and another one that overlooks the parking lot. It would have been nice to have had more than two chairs on the balcony, but we made do. The condo is very close to the bar/restaurant next door. We enjoyed hearing the music while sitting on the balcony, but some might not like it as it can get pretty loud. You couldn't hear it while inside though. The unit could have been a bit cleaner (furniture clearly wasn't moved when the floor was vacuumed), but it wasn't bad enough that I contacted the management company to have the cleaners return. The kitchen and bathrooms were very clean. This is one of the nicest rentals we've stayed in at the beach. We would definitely return!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location, very comfortable furniture, comfortable beds, unit is spacious, perfect to watch sunrise while enjoying a cup of coffee. High tech microwave/oven combo, however, no instruction booklet left on how to operate, that would have been very helpful. Unfortunately the hot tub was not working at this time. Also, the building is undergoing exterior renovations, during this off season,so lots of jackhammering being done on side & above condo, so not able to sit out on deck during the day due to noise, dust and debris. Living room wall lights did not work, emailed management & was told due to exterior work, the electricity to the wall lights was not on, so only 1 working lamp in living room. Would have been nice to have been notified of this before hand. Would recommend during in season. Would not recommend during off season.

Reviewer Comments: Pros - beautiful modern condo, proximity to the beach, linen and towel service is good as not have to lug all thr stuff, next door grill for food and drinks.Cons: Not able to checkin even half hour early despite the cleaning service had already cleaned the place. We have rented so many homes during peak season from Jersey shore to oc, MD and it was 1st for us.The ac turns off in the middle of the night. So did not get good sleep for 3 night straight as master bedroom got hot and were not able to go back to sleep. The room with 2 queen beds have sheer curtains which let light in early in the morning. So kids were not able to get good sleep.Umbrella rental service people came and set up their Umbrells and chair oceanfront. Took all the prime spots at 6 am in the morning.Parking spot - prime location but spot was taken by handicapped person and had to deal with this during our vaca. My husband parked in the last row of parking spot and all our beach gear was in our suv, so had to lug it all from that distance.Just having to deal with seperate linen company, marigot people for parking and benchmark properties for other stuff. Wish there was just 1 point of contact.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the stay here was decent. Great views of the ocean, decent music from the restaurant/bar next door, and a great location. Upon arrival, there was a very strong smell of bleach and paint that exacerbated my asthma. Aired the place out for a short time and the rest of the days were fine. The carpet was grossly stained and felt sticky in the dining area. When the room was reserved, I wasn't sure how many would make it so I gave all names - what I didn't realize is that the linen fee is based off of number of people registered. I registered 9 but only 3 people ended up staying. It would have been nice to only pay for 3 people and not 9. For the amount of money paid for 4 days/nights, I would have expected a nicer place. If you're looking for a nice location, great views and don't care if the place is on the older/outdated side, then I highly recommend this unit.
