A rare find to be a part of the magic and excitement of the downtown boardwalk area, inlet, and vast open beach area. This beautiful, large 1533 SQ FT 3BR/2BA unit has a secured entry to the building as well as convenient access to the outdoor pool. Our ceramic tiled entry leads to 2 of 3 carpeted bedrooms, the first full bathroom with a tub, and a tiled laundry room with a full-sized washer & dryer. Entering the updated kitchen area has recessed lighting, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an adjacent eating counter seating 4. The adjacent dining area also seats 4 with the potential to extend the table to seat 6. The spacious carpeted living room allows for comfortable seating for 7 with 2 sofas. Glass sliders open to the spacious balcony. The large carpeted master bedroom has a walk-in closet and sliders accessing the large balcony with a spacious master bath featuring a 2-sink vanity, an enclosed glass shower, a jetted soaking tub, and a private toilet area. This property is a block from the boardwalk and beach, with a seasonal outdoor pool, and very close to numerous restaurants and entertainment.

This place was nothing short of amazing. Everything was perfect. The host was very communicative, and prompt with responses. The place had everything you could ask for. They even had a beach wagon with toys for the kids. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Will definitely be booking in the future!

Let me start by saying the host was amazing from the time I booked this condo. I received a quick response every time I reached out with questions. The check in process was very smooth for my group of 8. The host provided a very detailed description about the property. The pictures of the property are nice but the property is even better and more spacious than I thought it would be in person. In addition to what’s listed the host also provided snacks, water and seasonings, laundry pods a beach cart filled with beach chairs, toys etc. There was also a nintendo switch, PlayStation and board games for everyone to enjoy. The building has carts by the elevator to help transport your luggage to the condo. The two parking spots assigned to the condo are directly next to the elevator in the garage. The pool was clean. The location is the building is very convenient to everything you’ll need. You can see the the boardwalk and Jolly Roger from the balcony. The boardwalk is less than a block away. Plenty of stores within feet from the building. The host checked on us during our stay and wished us safe travels upon check out. Great experience! We found our new home away from home while vacationing in OCMD. We will be back next summer. Sorry I didn’t take any photos. We were busy having too much fun.
