Lots of extra amenities

We really enjoyed our stay and all the extra amenities that the carousel has to offer. This condo was appointed nicely, but you can tell it has had some wear over the years. It was a very nice place for our time in Ocean City and we would recommend it in the future.

DISAPPOINTED !!!!

Very out dated every thing was old from the furniture to the appliances and had a old smell to it that would not go away, no sheets on none of the beds with stained pillows. Sofa sleeper was disgusted and flat ... I can go on and on .....no home amenities like books and games for the kids for the price we paid very disappointed.

Mediocre condo in Great Resort

The condo itself wasn't special and for the price point could have been better- dishwasher not working properly, poor mattress quality, TVs not working, missing lightbulbs, dated/used/abused furniture. However the location is great at a wonderful resort that has many bonus amenities. I would stay again, but at a different condo.

Just OK

Overall, the condo does its job of providing an on the beach place to stay. Could be made more hospitable with few improvements. The decor and furniture are older/poorer quality. The WiFi barely works. Kitchen seemed well enough stocked, but nothing else was. Very scratchy, cheap, small towels are left in a plastic bag in a room for you to randomly find. Beds were not made and dirty laundry had been left in master bedroom, so had to call Vacasa to fix when we arrived. The Carousel property has a lot of cool things to offer. The property itself (specifically both pool areas) need renovation.

DO NOT vacation with Vacasa rentals

The property itself was ok, a bit dated. Check in & things at the Carousel building were good. VACASA was a joke. Our unit was NOT clean, chips & dirt on the floor- linens not changed. Previous guest dirty towels in bag on the floor. NO clean towels or sheets so we could have a place to sleep or shower. It took several phone calls before we got clean linens delivered FINALLY @10 pm. No one took the dirty bedding. They did take the bag of dirty towels. We were promised SEVERAL times that a crew would be in to fully clean the unit and take the dirty linens. We stayed four days and this NEVER happened. We were promised a refund which I am shocked to say we actually did receive. However it was a random dollar amount that was not even 10% of our stay or even the cost of the cleaning fee. We spent good, hard earned money to have a nice relaxing vacation and VACASA made it a stressful, disgusting nightmare. Our vacation turned into a lot of time spent hounding the rental property with numerous phone calls and emails and a lot of tension within our family as well.
