Great stay, great location and access to the beach. No complaints. If you do bring a dog, be sure to take it to the local dog park for walks.

Terrific beach spot

Brooke’s place was perfect. Quiet neighborhood, and very convenient to the beach. Loved having beach chairs available that were in great condition. The apartment was very clean and had lots of space to spread out. It was easy to walk to good places to eat. Plenty of parking. We loved our stay here!

Enjoyed it!

I booked this condo because of close proximity to the beach and it’s dog friendly. This was my dog’s first experience with the beach/ocean. The unit was quiet and cozy for our (off season) stay. It had everything we needed. If we come next April, with the dog, I will definitely book at Sandy Toes again. One suggestion: tub mats. Both bathtub and shower stall were a bit slippery. Thank you for everything!

Great Place

I rented all 3 units for my family (total of 5 families plus 2 dogs) to spend Thanksgiving at the beach. Everyone was pleased with the cleanliness of the units, and all enjoyed their stay. Brooke was great to deal with.

Amazing location! Cute and perfect

We loved staying here! The location is perfect. Steps from the beach! Check in process was super simple. The condo is so spacious and equipped with everything you need including towels, toiletries, sheets, extra pillows, laundry detergent, etc. Our ONLY complaint is that the cleaning crew could do a much better job. But the property itself is great!
