Great family trip!!

The kids absolutely loved the area and had a blast! Spacious rental with an incredible View. Definitely looking forward to staying here again!

Great condo on the beach with beautiful view

We really liked this condo building, lots of amenities and modern, nice looking grounds, easy access to the beach, nice pool. The condo was clean, high up with great view and lots of space, easily fit 6 people comfortably. Checking in was easy and vacasa was really responsive to any of our questions. We would stay here again

Check-in service was TERRIBLE! Home is ok view is gorgeous.

Check-in service was TERRIBLE. Key/passcode for the front door was not provided before (through app) OR by the time we arrived. A package was left to us but there is NO entry door key/passcode in it. We went back and forth to the security office and made many phone calls to eventually got in the home. Security office seems know nothing about the access. But they are helpful to give us access to the home. We need to check in the next morning but there was no apology to us made by the office for the inconvenience. We were provided ONLY 1 key for our 3 ppl for a 3-nights stay. Completely unsatisfied with the check-in service. Wifi provided through app doesnt work at all. Cant even find that wifi. Have to use the wifi/pw provided on the router. The home itself is ok. Not completely clean but acceptable. The view is gorgeous, enjoy it very much! Location is good, close to everything. Luckily that the check-in service didnt ruin our trip. If you plan to arrive after their office hour 5pm. Be aware!! Make sure call them to get access code before heading there.

Overall good

The building and view were awesome. Loved the building amenities and cafe downstairs. The unit itself could do for some updating in bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen. Recommend bringing your own blankets for beds. Comforters and extra blankets were mostly old or musty. The old yellowed springboard mattresses were exposed. The Wi-Fi we were given in our arrival text didn’t work so we had to find it on the box in the unit. The pop up toaster didn’t work but they also had a mini toaster oven. Living areas were nice and there were good sized TVs in every room for night time. We got a great deal on this as a new rental so can’t complain too much. If it was listed at the same price next season we would consider renting it again since we’d know what we’d need to bring to make us comfortable.
