Great location, furniture outdated & dirty

Location was great for the price. However the overall condition of the property was subpar. Walls were dirty, couches & chairs were old and seemed dirty. Overall was a nice stay for a short time but couldn’t feel comfortable in the unit. Will probably not stay in this particular unit again but will book within Vacasa again.

Location and facilities of Summer Beach were great. Condo was dated and furniture desperately needs replaced. Condo was spacious and directly across from the elevator.

This place is kinda run down, but the location and view make up for that. All the vents are rusted and the main bathroom shower could use some love. Nothing major was wrong, just noticably not kept up and maintained.

Substandard unit.

Vacasa did their part. As for the condo: Ok, the appliances worked. So did the utilities. So you could eat and clean up. As for the rest, call it "functional drab". Living/dining furniture worn out & damaged. Think the couch (stained) was 20 years old. Decor minimal. Entire place needs repair and paint. Mind you, I don't need 5-star surroundings, but there was nothing relaxing, comforting or welcoming to be found here. I've been staying at OC condos all over town for 40 years. This doesn't measure up.
