Braemar Towers 402 is a three bedroom, two bathroom condo located on the 4th floor of the north tower, overlooking the tennis & pickleball courts. There is a queen bed in the first bedroom, queen bed in the guest bedroom, queen bed in 3rd bedroom and a queen sleep sofa in the living room. Enjoy ocean and beach views from the balcony. The condo has a full kitchen with a dishwasher, a washer/dryer, central air, 4 smart TV’s, and free WIFI. Limit of 8 people. Sorry, no smoking and no pets.
