Vacasa's check in policy gets a zero

Please read this before you bother renting a Vacasa property. It might help if, like me, you have a long drive and are looking to FINALLY get out of your vehicle and into your AVAILABLE rental. I think it's ridiculous that my room had been available for 3 days prior to my check in, but due to Vacasa's policy I couldn't go into the room until exactly 4pm. If I wanted to pick up my packet earlier than 4pm to avoid a ton of other people picking up their packets, I would've had to sign a waiver to do so because God forbid I enter the room before 4pm. It seems extremely stingy to me that people who had been driving for 5 hours or more can't check in a couple hours early if the room is ready. Trust me, I won't be renting from them again. Just so you know, Shoreline and Holiday property management is a thousand times better. Try renting from them instead.
