Excellent Location; Carpet Dirty

The location and view of this condo were excellent. Right on the beach and you can see the ocean from the windows and balcony. However, the carpet was very dirty and the condo lacked basic amenities, such as a working toaster and paper towels and very little toilet paper.

Wasn't clean, very outdated, horrible beds, no wifi, advertised for 8 people, 2 bathrooms but only 1 can be used at a time or showers are ice cold, 30 gallon hot water tank is a joke. Cant get a call back regarding issues or a discount

The place was Absolutely disgusting. The one shower we couldn’t even use totally GROSS!! The beds were very comfortable and the couches need replaced. We opened up the dishwasher on the morning we were leaving we were asked to put all dirty dishes in there and it had dishes still in it from the last renter. I’ve been vacationing for 35 years and this was the worst place I have ever stayed at!! Didn’t even have a door handle on the screen door. Never again!!

The property was smaller than the pictures showed. For the entire week there was no A/C in either of the bedrooms. That is inexcusable. There was nothing coming out of the registers in either room.

Spectacular View

I could have sat on the balcony and enjoyed the roar of the ocean the entire time. But, alas, the ocean beckoned me. Our group of friends enjoyed the condo immensely. Furniture is showing some age, and several lightbulbs blown out when we arrived. I would return and stay here again.

Loved the beach

Property managed by Vacasa and that would be the issue I had was with them. There was trash on the floor when we arrived and it looked like the only thing they cleaned was the bathrooms. Plus no working light in the kitchen, which we asked them to fix like four times, then we just gave up and cooked in the dark!! Also, when we arrived she told us that some molding was down in one of the bathrooms and that they would be up the next day to fix! Well the molding was never fixed and we were there for 7 days! So the best part was the view of the beach and being at the beach! The management team is awful!!!
