We will be back!

We enjoyed watching the sunrise on the balcony. The sounds of the waves at night was relaxing. Beach easily accessible. Location convenient to grocery, restaurants, souvenir shops, etc and a short drive to the inlet.

Great views

Views were the best part, and unit was nice. Vacasa was good about checking in and communication. Beware of nearly hidden parking cost and make sure you know about this before booking!

Close to Everything, within driving distance. Most stores/restaurants 10-15 minutes away with the frequent u-turns but expected down at oc. Not busy for visitors st this time.. very comfortable balcony furniture.

In dire need of updating.

Mold above shower spigot in 2nd bathroom. Curtains ripped. Blinds broke. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Stains on the comforter blanket. Property needs updating. Dryer barely dried clothes. The lint trap in dryer was broke kept falling out during laundry. View of ocean was beautiful. Being right on beach is perfect. But as said before it really needs updating and maintenance done.

Unclean and unorganized

The property was very dirty on arrival. The sheets were clearly not cleaned and there was no comforters for the beds, only sheets. The air conditioning barely worked and the door lock was very tricky. At least we could see the ocean. We’d highly recommend looking for a different place to stay.

Worn but adequate unit.

Would probably rate a 3.5 ifi could. The Plaza is always great and this condo was adequate; however, it is worn and needs minor attention. The wifi was great! I liked that there weren't a lot of nicknacks or extra clutter to get in the way, but better lighting and overhead fans are needed. It only had lamps in the bedrooms. Everything worked except the king bedframe was obviously broken when we arrived and Vacsa came promptly to look at it but didn't get a new one until two nights into a 4 night stay so we slept on a mattress on the floor. The king mattress was very comfortable, but the pull out in the den was not. The condo was basically clean but could have used a good vacuuming as it was very sandy lots of dust under beds etc. Overall it met our basic needs but didn't have a vacation feel and we wouldn't stay again without updates.

Plaza Unit 505 Needs TLC

Location at the Plaza is great. The kitchen was nice. Tile floors throughout were easy to sweep. There was adequate storage for our kitchen food staples and our clothes in bedrooms. Vacasa staff are attentive to guest needs.

Chicken bones

Location was good but cleanliness was not. Several things needed fixed and appeared to be that way for some time. I didn't find the missing remote under the sofa, but I did find those missing chicken wing bones under there. I realize it's end of season, but my family deserved better.

The condo was great! Clean and welcoming with an amazing view! The Jungle Bar on the premises had great entertainment. Easy access to clean beach, staff wonderful!
