This spacious three-bedroom condo provides a perfect retreat from all the action. Guests can enjoy a beautiful family room with a large, TV/DVD, a gas fireplace, and sliding glass doors that lead to the beachfront balcony. Have a seat and relax with a drink while enjoying the amazing ocean, beach, and Boardwalk views stunning at sunrise! The well-equipped kitchen makes mealtime a pleasure with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a center island. All bedrooms include TVs. The main bathroom comes equipped with a convenient jetted tub.
If you like being at the center of it all, this is the place. Situated right on the popular Ocean City Boardwalk, this luxurious new condo boasts beautiful views of the beach, luxurious amenities, and a convenient Downtown location. Walk to almost any activity you can think of amusement parks, shops, bike rentals, miniature golf, restaurants, boating, and much, much more. Once you've parked the car (two assigned spaces in covered, gated garage included), you can just relax and enjoy!
THINGS TO KNOW The swimming pool is operated by the complex and Vacasa has no authority over the pool. The pool is typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day; subject to change without notice including days and hours of operation in which the pool is open.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
In the event that the guests cancel their reservation, Vacasa will return the unit to the rental market in an attempt to re-rent the unit. If Vacasa is able to re-rent the unit for the same amount or greater your will receive a refund less a $150 cancellation fee. If Vacasa is able to secure a reservation at a lesser rate you will be entitled to a refund less the $150 cancellation fee and the difference in reservation amounts. If we are unable to re-rent the unit you will forfeit the full rental amount.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 3.
Security camera details: Surveillance cameras are operational in the common areas of the complex and elevators. They are not located in the home.
These recordings are used by HOA, Security and local police department.
Vacasa has no access to these recordings. Unless requested by Vacasa for legal reasons.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
