****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

Location, Location, Location. This unit is a great spot for those of you wanting to enjoy all that the downtown area has to offer but don't want to be bothered by noise and congestion. Located on 8th street, leave your car parked and walk to the boardwalk, the inlet, fishing piers, bike rentals, restaurants/bars, shopping and more. You really have all you need in just a short walk away. Coming to town for one of the concerts or for an event at the inlet? Forget waiting in line for buses when you can walk back to your room!

This beautiful unit had many updates including new laminate flooring throughout and an electric fireplace in the living room. The kitchen has new cabinets, new appliances, tile backsplash, granite countertops and is ready to make those cost-saving meals at home. There are two full-size beds in the bedroom and the bathroom has been beautifully updated, featuring a large shower. The unit temperature is maintained with a new mini split system. There are TVs in the living room along with the bedroom and there is free Wi-Fi.

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit and building.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* Check-in is 4pm and checkout is 10am.
* This condo is on the 3rd floor. Surfside 8 is not an elevator building.
* One uncovered parking spot is provided. Additional street parking is available.
* Quick access to the beach
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 8th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper,1 roll of paper towels and dish washing liquid.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 4 is also the maximum occupancy, including children and infants.
* Bed sizes are 2 full size beds

Awesome Location for Boardwalk Rock/Ocean’s Calling/Country Calling

We stayed here for the first Boardwalk Rock festival, and so glad we did. The property was clean, bright and comfortable. Air works amazing! 2-3 minute walk to the boardwalk, and less than 25 minute walk total from the property to N. Division St festival entrance. And after the festival- pizza shop right across the street for a late night bite. Walking back after the festival took 15-20 minutes with extra foot traffic but was a safe and easy walk. Property management was great to communicate with and area was well-maintained and relatively quiet (normal beach town background noise). Would absolutely stay here again!
