Great location and well kept

Just a couple of blocks from the beach and the convention center. It was ideal for our event at the convention center. The cost seemed a little high especially for a unit on the 5th floor with no carts to help carry everything for the week to the unit.

It was okay. Air conditioner was way too high, (78F at night average) and I was unable to change the setting. It was very clean. There were bed sheets and towels.

Nice location. Condo needed much updating though. Electrical sockets in one bedroom didn't work, shower in master bedroom bath, very small But overall not a bad place. .

Nice condo but needs a few tweaks

This is a very cute place in an ideal location. The furnishings are up to date and nicely decorated. They supply a great little starter kit which actually lasted us for 7 days. It had dishwashing liquid, dishwasher pods, a sponge, some toiletries and a few garbage bags. The downside is a very small shower in the 2nd BR that has a shower head that points towards the corner and makes showering quite an aerobic exercise. Replacing the curtain with a door and replacing the fixed showerhead with a handheld would make a big improvement. It is in a great central location and was a very comfortable stay.

Property is not meant for the guests, just profit

Bathrooms are outrageous, the shower is like centuries old, the door knob was torn from the door. Both bathrooms are full of rust and impossible to be cleaned. We couldn't shower normally for days. The thermostat in the room is probably programmed and operated remotely. Thankfully, the weather did not require much of air conditioning which is controlled from outside. The location is amazing, but the staff can't only take advantage of the location almost $300 a night. It's a shame the Vacasa neglects the guests, not even talking about the office' " customer service". The good thing was to have a smart TV with internet working good this time. We had problems with another Vacasa property last year and I did not write the review .I hope it will help people to pick the right property for the price of much deserved vacation.

Great location and comfortable stay

We picked this unit because of the location next to Seacrets. We had stayed in another unit in the same building in the past and loved the location of it. Not super updated but priced well in comparison to other places nearby. Some of the furniture and appliances seems more recently updated than some of the photos showed (kitchen oven and living room couches I noticed looking nicer in person). Everything was clean and comfortable and met our needs and we had a great time!

Cute place great location

The place was very cute and well stocked with TP, toiletries and trash bags which was nice. It also had 3 TVs and cable the only downside to the place was that one bathroom had mildew in the tub and the other one had it along the shower curtain. That type of thing is easy to fix!

Great place with some little flaws

Nice place but beds are as hard as a Rock bull out sofa is disgusting and the bathrooms are dirty u can see mold and dirt around the edges and they only leave u one roll of Toilet paper

Nice location but needs updating and thorough cleaning

The view from the balcony was gorgeous and relaxing. Just make sure to bring your own chairs. The place overall has potential. It needs some serious updating. The couch was very old with stains on the mattress. There were fresh sheets which is a plus especially if you forget them. There are also towels, but there was hair in them so we used our own. The sofa also had lots of pet hair. It was all over the kids clothes and socks just from sitting on the couch and walking on the floor. The view and the location made this place bearable, but other than that. I will most likely not returning.

This would Have been the best place and 5 stars but the washer and dryer are shared which was hard and the 2nd bedroom floor was soggy the entire time and smelled like mildew. No idea what it was from but it was like that when we arrived.

Location, view and pool only positives with this condo

The condo was clean but it needs new carpet and furniture. The stains on the couch and carpet are gross. Kitchen ill equipped. Needs more pots and pans and dishes. WiFi never worked even with Vacasa assistance. Beds terribly uncomfortable. A/C seemed to never feel cool enough or go below 75. Might explain all the fans they provided. FYI pool was very nice but there are no chairs so bring your own. Picture showed chairs on the balcony but there was only one broken one in the corner. All in all we made do. This place is priced well for what we had but I’d rather pay more to get comfort and convenience.

Great location and Overall Nice Place - Only 1 Parking Space Though

Great location right next to Seacrets. Overall the place is nice and clean. It was perfect for 5 - 6 people. There is a nice patio that looks out over the water, and it has a pool that's right by the water. A word of warning/ a minor complaint is that you only get one parking pass. There is no real overnight parking around, so I had to park off 1st street (only place with over 12 hour parking) and renew the parking time, which was super expensive and a pain. I did not really pay attention to this, so I wanted to point it out so others know. Other nit-picking/ minor complaints include no paper towels, leaking coffee pot, uncomfortable beds, and one of the showers is super tiny.
