Teh staff gave our room to another guest and told us they would call them to get the key and then give us the room after 8PM that night. We said no thanks and they downgraded us to a lower room. When we asked for the difference in price they told us we requested the down grade (because we didn't want to wait until late at night to get our room and we didn't trust it would be clean). Eventually they said "Whatever, and handed us a $20 bill." The room they gave us had a cockroach in the sink.

Location, location, location!!!! The room was a little out dated, but it was large, and service was great!!!! Employees were friendly and on premises for any questions. The owner was working the front desk and was so nice and friendly. She gave suggestions on things to do and gave us history of the hotel. Will definitely return. Thank you!

Staff was very friendly. The view was exceptional. We were oceanfront with a balcony. The hotel needs updating for sure. We had a king sized bed and the mattress was soft but the bed or frame was lopsided.ended up with a pinched nerve after three nights. Our room was also right above a cantina and on the boardwalk. Weekend noise is crazy. During the week it was quiet by 11 pm. If you don’t mind the outdated makeup of the motel this is a great place for convenience. Everything is right there.
