Love this location

The location of this condo is veey close to the beach. Great if you have kids. The place was set nice and had many imenities. One draw back no DW. Beds were comfortable, many utensils, pots and dishes. Loved that the sheets & towels were provided as well a bag with toiletries. Walking distance to quite a few eating places & block off costal hwy. One negative, the living room furniture could be upgraded. Nice but older and well used( reason for 4 stars)

Ok stay

The unit is a little outdated but it was a ok stay. We were 2 sets of towel short when we got there. Contacted Vacasa when we got there and noticed someone had brought towels and left on the porch next day. You do not get clean towels throughout your stay. We only seen 1 maintenance person 5 days after we got there blowing sand off the porch. But overall it was a decent house to stay. We would stay again.

The unit is in sad shape. The coach pillows are torn, and only some of the receptacles work. All the pots and pans are peeling Teflon and unusable. The vacuum in the living room has frayed wiring. The toaster oven is dirty, and I would suggest it is unsafe to use. The refrigerator has missing and broken bars on the door, the cable system is jury-rigged through several boxes, and the main bed is worn out. Additionally, the sliding glass entrance door will lock itself as a latch falls into place and locks when the door is closed. The only thing good about this rental was the view. Finally, please refrain from contacting the VACASA team for assistance. Their efforts were completely worthless and offered no remedy for all the problems.

Overall a great place to stay!

All I have are minor complaints for a property this cheap. No washer/dryer or Dishwasher is a bummer, but it was listed in the posting - so it didn’t come as a surprise. Honestly, there isn’t room for them anyway. A lot of the furniture and appliances are outdated, but again it’s minor. Basically what you see in the listing is what you get. It was a nice little getaway for the week. And the internet clocked in at 500mbps, which was very nice. We’ve been going to OC for years, and no one invests in a decent internet connection, so that was a bonus. Beautiful oceanfront property within walking distance of the Bayside Skillet and Fractured Prune, which made my wife and kids very happy :)
