Stayed for a golf trip with friends

The home was clean with plenty of space and the amenities were great. It’s a great community to stay in and I’d recommend this house to anyone looking for a nice stay with a large group. Will hopefully be going back next year.

Golf Group Long Weekend

The two condos provided ample bedroom and living space for our golf group of 13. The location was ideal as well with good restaurants within walking or short driving distance. Sunset Island is a very nice community and some of the group enjoyed the pool area as well. Recommended.

The home eas perfect for our golf trip of 20 guys. Spacious and easily fit evryone comfortably. Vacasa was very attentive to our needs. Beautiful view of the water. Would stay again.

Spacious property

Very spacious property for our group of parents and athletes in town for a competition. Each family had plenty of room and privacy. Kitchen was very spacious as was the dining table. We were able to fit two SUVs in the garage, but it was a tight fit. As indicated in the listing, Wifi and cell service was spotty.

Lovely but two different experiences.

We loved the houses and the location but were surprised that one had obviously been update while the other looked somewhat dated and needed some interior paint. Our family enjoyed time together but everyone wanted to stay in the updated house. If you are renting them together it should be stated that one is update while the other is not.

Soccer/Golf Weekend

We rented 2 units and they were both great. We came down for a soccer tournament and played some golf as well. It was late February, so the location was excellent. I can see parking being an issue if it was the summer, but it sounded like everyone knew that, as we were told several times. 5 stars, would rent again.

Very Satisfied

The accommodations to spend the Christmas holidays with family were beyond satisified. Being together to enjoy each others company in person was the critical objective. We cooked meals using the pots, pans and made use of the glass bowls and other utensils available on the property. This was a big plus!! We had a few problems with the stove, tv and lights not working but nothing that spoiled our gathering. I will share them in the private notes.

Not Happy

Vacasa didn't send info day before check-in. we called to say we'd be in after 5. told not to worry someone would be there. called before arriving, told about box by office with our info. box wouldn't open. Next person waiting couldn't use PW either. 3rd person knew how to get in. Passwords for both houses was wrong. Called 3 locations of Vacasa and was told someone would call us back (no one did) and security showed up and said they had no idea how to get in or who to contact. 7 1/2 hour trip and we had to stand outside for almost 2 hours waiting, Someone called, new passwords one worked one did not. Another 30 minutes and we asked about lock box on rail with key in it. Got box pw and used key to enter. Lots of towels and linens on floor. picked up next day. Whoever did electrical work in house should have been doing the laundry. Master bedroom - no light or fan working. Adjoining room light and fan were wired together. Fan on, light on. Fan off, light off. I could also hear a humming/buzzing sound coming from switch. Sounded like short. Net room light on no fan. Next room no light or fan. Reported to office Monday morning when I got new passwords. I was told a contractor would be contacted. No one ever showed and I reported on Monday that #57 had similar electrical problems and my daughter-in-law and gotten a small shock. I was given new pws and they still didn't work. They sent someone over who took 5 minutes and gave me a 4 digit pw. No complaints from previous renters?
