Book your next beach getaway at this oceanfront condo within the Carousel Resort! Take in the stunning ocean views from your balcony, and then walk down to the beach for fun in the sun. Enjoy various on-site amenities, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a fitness center, a fun-filled arcade, a restaurant, a lounge, a playground, and even an indoor ice skating rink!

This building is ideally located with a variety of restaurants and a shopping center within walking distance, and it is also on a bus route for easy travel to all your favorite Ocean City destinations. Tax-free shopping is available just a short drive north in Delaware, the Jolly Roger Amusement Park and Splash Mountain Water Park are five miles down the coast, and the famous Ocean City Boardwalk begins on 27th Street for family entertainment.

*The opening and closing of building amenities is at the discretion of the building. Please note during the off-season some amenities are not operable. Call with questions.

THINGS TO KNOW
Until further notice, due to local restrictions and regulations, shared amenities may not be available during your stay.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 16.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The home needs major updates. Walls need painting, furniture needs updating, linens are so old we slept on top of them instead of under. Pillows are flat and different shapes. Kitchen was updated. I have pictures if requested included a scared toilet seat which should have been replaced long ago. We requested a postponement from the VASCAS agency due to large winter storm and was refused. Left a full day before we should due to the storm and the disappointing condo

Loved the location. The kids had the best time at the ice skating rink and arcades. The condo offered plenty of towels and bed linens which was a plus.

The condo was very dated. We thought it was clean, until the longer we stayed we realized it wasn’t. And when we had to take off the sheets and all at the end of our stay, we saw horrible stains on the mattress covers. And the walls seemed to be paper thin as we could hear the people next to us. The one good thing was that we watched the Christmas parade from the balcony. The view of the beach was very good!

The views from the beach balcony and the highway balcony were wonderful. The Carousel is a great place to stay and we have stayed there numerous times. The living area had updated floor and nice furniture. They should have replaced all the tile area in the condo. Honestly, it was disgusting. Some rooms badly need repainting - the entry hall, master bath, especially.

Stayed for a weekend with a girlfriend. Location and property were great. The place could use a little maintenance but overall it was clean and served its purpose for a weekend. We were happy.

The mirrors were not clean in the living room. The front door was broke, which they fixed it quickly but not accurately. Their was a huge tv in the closet, in which they later took out. The closet doors in the master bedroom was broke. I understand things happen but they put the new ones in the other bedroom closet and they didn't have access to the closet. They removed them while we were their. No forks for 6 people, no pot holders either. I also understand people steal this stuff all the time. The building is old so we couldn;t run a toaster and a coffee machine at the same time for it tripped the breaker.

Carousel

When you first walk in appears clean. Upon walking on floors your feet turn black, my son woke up with a bed bug crawling on him in the room with twin beds so he moved to couch and qould not sleep in the bed again. Dont blame him at all. I was sitting on master toilet to pee and the door to the washer room fell on my toe. Black and blue toenail will probably fall off. When my husband looked here u dont have a pin in the bottom of the door just hanging on there. We teied to make toast and toaster didnt work either. Just overall was not pleased for the money. Wouldnt recommend. The facilities was great.

Fun weekend getaway

The pros: We really enjoyed the ocean view and sitting out on the balcony. My kids enjoyed the resort amenities. The beach was nice and clean. It was very afordable and worth the money. They gave us a started pack of 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels and extra trash back sponge and little dish soap to start. It all lasted the weekend. The cons: the condo needs a deep cleaning. Furniture needs shampooed. I had to sleep next to a fake tree with dust fur growth all over it. Many of the dishes were dirty and needed rewashed before use. Refrigerator shelves are broken and have cracks but it works good. Walls are dirty/ scuffed up and need new paint.beds are uncomfortable with pressure points and could use replacing. The first night I was chilly and grabbed a spare blanket from the master bedroom closet that when opened looked like it had unwashed red blood all over it. I was horrified and tossed that back in the closet and quickly washed my hands. I saw another older review that complained about the lack of spoons which is still a problem. Only 1 teaspoon in the kitchen. The other spoons were the larger size that people don't eat with. We were washing and taking turns with our 1 spoon lol. I was almost tempted to go buy some for the condo. Such a dumb cheap item not to have.

I enjoyed Ocean City maryland. Condo that we stayed and needed an update. But the ocean and the Bayside views were great and the convenience of all the stores in the area.

End of summer stay

The place was grungy, chairs broken, missing hinges, broken patio items, generally outdated furniture and accommodations. A good paint job would have helped. We could not make any adjustments to the AC making us use multiple circular fans to stay somewhat comfortable. Lights were flickering off and on. We bought shower curtains/liners and bathroom rugs because the ones onsite were filthy. The worst experience we have had at OC and with any VRBO or Vacasa vacation. Totally disappointed! Will not becoming back and now I question these vacation websites as to their quality requirements.

Great views and location!

The views are worth it! You have ocean views and bay views! The complex was great and lots to do with kids. The furniture in the living room could use a deep cleaning, but other than that it was good. Dryer had some issues. We would totally stay here again!

Years of no updated to the condo. Fire alarm while to us an alarm went did not work. We were on the 16th floor. Microwave panel off. Sheets missing and sheets that were provided not on the beds. Stained furniture and broken kitchen chair.

2 Stars for the view

This place was filthy! The furniture was old and stained, the carpet was stained and felt like it had years of dirt built in. There were exposed wires on the wall. The microwave was missing a piece. The pillows had yellow stains. There was an old q-tip under the dresser, the patio furniture was stained and had cigarette holes. This place was just gross. Vacasa sent a message when we arrived asking about cleanliness. I told them what we found and sent pictures. They said someone local would contact me. No one did. The view and the location were great but I would definitely not stay here again and will avoid Vacasa properties in the future.

Out of date condo with cleanliness issues. Great property though.

We booked this condo thinking it was in great shape but we were wrong. The condo is outdated and not at all well maintained. Twenty minutes prior to check in (after driving 5 hours) we get a call telling us we will have no linens for our stay due to a linen shortage. The beds are hard and my back hurt from just one night. We took pictures and went to the property company. We were promised a full refund but only received a partial refund. I honestly would not recommend this property until it has had the updates we as paying travelers deserve.

Great views. Cleanliness was terrible. Dust everywhere vents,ceilings, lamps, curtains. The lamp actually started smoking like it was about to catch on fire. Allergies were terrible inside this room. Very scarce on choices of cookware and utensils. Furniture dirty and stained. Beds hard as a rock.
