Nice getaway

This place was really nice and we all would go back again!

The kitchen and living room/tv room are open to each other and that was nice to be able see and talk to each other while preparing food. The TV did not have cable, just a few local channels but my son was able to use his computer and get all his channels from home cast to tv, so that was taken care of. Overall, a great place.

Great location and place!

The condo was spacious, clean and quiet. We loved how close it was to the 123rd street beach entrance (4 minute walk!). Also, so many walkable restaurants nearby (Starbucks, for my teenager!), Dumsers awesome ice cream, mini-golf, etc . . . We also did drive to the inlet for some parasailing, boat tours, and to walk the boardwalk, and that was just a 20 minute drive. Also spent a day at Bethany Beach -also a 20 minute drive. Perfectly in the middle of both.

Very cute spot

Enjoyed this unit. I liked that it was spacious and had two levels. The unit was clean and I liked that we had assigned parking spots. The living room area was comfy as well.

Need a lot of attention

Stayed in this location based off reviews but it definitely need a lot of attention and updates. Between the living room and kitchen it’s a metal bump on the floor and it’s easily tripped by adults and toddlers (which happened several times during our stay). The kitchen garbage disposal is not working so it was hard for us to clean the dishes, pots, and anything that wasn’t dishwasher safe. The home itself need better cleaning especially if I’m pay a large amount for cleaning fees. The mirror and glass was all dirty upon arrival, It was trash between the couch seats, and we also did not have any wash cloths or any paper towel as stated in the listing…just a little more love and care would make the home more better!

Ocean City visit

The unit's fridge and dishwasher smelled horrible. The awful smell made our stay unpleasant. There were cracker crumbs and other pieces of food in the upstairs bedroom, so we had to spray for ants.

Beautiful vibes

Omg this place is such a vibe… bro/sis just book the space and you won’t regret it. The later check in at 4:00 pm is a little annoying but it’s worth the super clean trade off. I traveled with my 6 month old baby, husband and father-in-law. We were an easy walk to the beach even with the baby and gear. Starbucks is walking distance for your morning brew. McDonald’s is walking distance for kiddos. We were also walking distance to tailchasers so if you want to enjoy cocktails on the water you can safely do so. You will burn off all your drinks with the stairs as there is no elevator and this place is on the third floor so we definitely got our steps in. This spot has a beautiful porch to enjoy Maryland crab with an easy clean up. There is also everything you need to cook breakfast including a beautiful breakfast bar island to serve your family. The main bedroom is super spacious and comfortable with a beautiful additional balcony for night time views of the harbor. The showers and spacious and hot which I love and good water pressure. There is a full size washer and dryer so no need to come home with laundry. There is a keurig and coffee maker as well and beautiful patio to enjoy. My family had a beautiful time and will definitely book again. Also if you’re nervous about booking with Vacasa or Vrbo don’t be because everything was seamless from payment to reservation to check in and check out.

Perfect for Sand Soccer

Great little place. The balcony on main floor didn’t seem safe and the railing off the bedroom needs to be tightened! Super easy check in/out! Loved that I didn’t have to pick up keys and the towels and toiletries were really helpful since we got in so late Fri night.

Excellent place to stay!

We were in town for a wrestling tournament. The place was walking distance to the facility and a lot of places to eat. The property had plenty of space for my three teens and myself. Would highly recommend.
