“We just finished our stay, and unfortunately I wouldn't book this condo again.When we arrived for our 4:00 PM check-in, the cleaning crew was still there until around 4:30 PM. Even after they left, it was clear the condo had not been properly cleaned.Some of the issues we found included:Pieces of food inside the refrigerator stuck to the shelvesFood crumbs and debris on the floors.Floors so dirty that our feet turned black from walking barefoot.A dirty bathroom.Sand in the top bunk bed.Clothing……

“The "Treehouse" is a lovely getaway right on the Ocean. It is clean and very generously equipped with just about everything you could ask for a quick weekend away. The unit has a local, beachy vibe that just makes you feel like you are really on retreat. The walk up the stairs to the entrance gave us some good exercise. The host was very responsive and replied promptly. Well done! ”

A short walk from our entrance to the boardwalk gets you to the Jolly Roger Amusement Park on the pier. You can also go out on the pier itself, whether to fish or just get some great pictures.It’s also a short walk to the bay, where people fish from a dock or the rocks every day. It worked well for what we needed, especially being able to have a few of the athletes come for dinner & hang out. It’s probably a great summer spot!!When we arrived, we had trouble getting in because there was a lockbox on the front door, but we were actually supposed to use a keypad on the back door through the screened-in porch.
