“The best part about our stay was the private beach access. While the house was cute and what you’d generally expect for a beach house, there were a number of things that were disappointing given the price of the rental. For example, it was advertised that there was a washing machine but you couldn’t load the detergent. One of the air vents was taped into the wall (otherwise it fell out) and it was difficult to open/lock some of the doors.”

“Arriving just ahead of a Nor’easter storm limited my use of the property. However the location was very good to all the area has to offer. Was able to walk easily to everything the town offers. The bungalow was updated in every amenity and attractively decorated. The backyard was a generous living area with a full bathroom and well equipped with cooking and entertainment products. Communication with this host was immediate with response and I very much appreciated it. ”

“The house and hosts are top notch! Perfect beach house with everything you need, including beach tags, beach wagon, outdoor shower, beach umbrella and two beach cruiser bicycles. The kitchen is well stocked and very clean. Hosts Gail and Don are very nice and friendly. The house itself has a beautiful private backyard with lovely trees, plants and flowers. It includes a new grill and chiminea, which we did not use. The location so close to Island Beach State Park was a mean draw. You can……

“This beach cottage was perfect for my dog and I while we were in Beach Haven for my daughter's wedding weekend. The location was central to everything and within easy walking distance to all Beach Haven has to offer. The people who stayed in the front house couldn't have been nicer and our dogs all got along and shared the common fenced in backyard, which was terrific for my dog. Also great neighborhood for walks. ”
