"Admiral's Quarters is a typical beach-front motel. It's in a perfect location, has a sparkling clean pool, with easy (and short!) access to the beach. The room was very clean, especially the bathroom. Carolina Beach is just 10 minutes away and there are plenty of places to eat. I also like that the AQ is in walking distance of Bud and Joe's Bar, which is a classic beach dive bar. I'll be making reservations soon for another off season stay."

"The cottage is adorable and located perfectly for beach access and restaurants. The surprise of a few snacks and a couple bottles of water was much appreciated as we were ready for a snack when we arrived. We loved being able to take our dogs and the gated porch was great for them. Would highly recommend and hope to use again next year. The host was very helpful with any questions we had. The pool was steps outside our door and maintained very nicely. An added bonus was the nice washer and dryer to use prior to returning home so we had no dirty clothes to bring home."

"The property is in a great location and was very clean. The communication was great with the manager. The kids said their beds were comfy but ours was not. Not only did the bed sink in the middle but had a cheap plastic cover over the mattress which makes you sweat, it crinkles with every move and did not make it easy to rest/sleep."

"The cottage was charming and very comfortable. We loved that the pool was right outside the door, and was well maintained with nice furniture and cute umbrellas. The host is very pleasant to deal with, and very responsive. Easy beach access and very close to the pier and restaurants. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and will definitely return. "
