This cozy living room and dining room is an open floor plan. Our location accommodates a large gathering in the living room/dining room area with cathedral ceilings and double fans, with recessed lighting. The living room has a L shape couch with two recliners, coffee table, end table and a fireplace as well as a 75 inch smart TV. The dining room table is 105 inches long, 4ft wide. Accommodates up to 10 guest, with some artwork to look at.

1st Bedroom: The front bedroom is the master bedroom, we call it the “Paddle Room” 😁. This room has a Queen size Beautyrest Black mattress, ceiling fan, when the AC/Heat is on, it literally blows right in your face “ makes you feel like you’re floating on that Beautyrest Black Mattress. A 65 inch smart TV, 2 nightstands, 1 long dresser with mirror, 1 tall dresser, two closets, and one safe in the wall in the closet for your personal belongings “code will be provided.

2nd Bedroom: The middle bedroom has two daybeds with four twin mattresses total, 3 storage drawers underneath each daybed, a 65 inch smart TV, one long size mirror for full body view and one long dresser + an Oversize closet.

3rd Bedroom: The bedroom in the back of the unit has one daybed with two twin mattresses, 3 storage drawers, under daybed, 1 ceiling fan, a 55 inch smart TV, tall shelving to place belongings. 1 closet.

Bathroom: 1 sink, 1 toilet, 1 standup shower.

Kitchen: Refrigerator, microwave, oven, double sink, stackable front loader washer, and dryer. My wife went “Buck Wild” on the necessities for the kitchen so if you’re missing something she is fired “ don’t tell her I said that”.

Backyard: 1 BBQ Grill, 1 fire pit with six relaxing chairs.
