It is close to everything The room was very clean The bathroom could use bigger towel holders and some eye hooks to hang things Although it served our purpose for a quick vacation it had minimal creature comforts

Nice option for a quick stay

We like staying at The Allenhurst when visiting family in NJ. Ocean Grove is pretty and quiet and off season it’s a great deal! The apartment we stayed in was small, yes, but clean and quiet and a great location for a reasonable price so we were happy! Also walking distance to Asbury Park restaurants!

In town for the Music Festival

So happy we found this little gem! We originally booked a place further outside of town but we’re so excited when we found availability so much closer (and cleaner) to where we wanted to be. We were able to check in early, with one minor hiccup, as our codes weren’t activated when we arrived. It was all handled quickly with a couple phone calls. A very pleasant stay!!

We checked in 8/7 4pm not 8/6, checked out 8/9 around 10am. One main issue was no hand rail in shower and only one hand rail on steep staircase otherwise we enjoyed our time there
