Peaceful and relaxing

We had such a lovely stay at this property. The photos were accurate, it is a lovely house with lots of space, the kitchen is well appointed and we loved playing the board games provided. There are TVs and air conditioning in both bedrooms, which was appreciated. It was so peaceful to sit outside amongst the trees and just relax. It’s close to town and some great beaches, but we enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle. Thanks so much, our family really enjoyed our long weekend away.

A hidden gem

We loved our stay at Woodlands Retreat. This villa has everything you need for a wonderful getaway. A well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, heating/air conditioning, a great aspect from every room and creative decor. It was an easy drive to the beach or you can opt to walk if you're energetic. Helen was great to deal with and responded promptly to our queries. We would love to return, perhaps for a little longer next time.

Gorgeous character filled bluestone cottage set amongst native gardens, short drive from the beach.

The property was secluded enough to be relaxing while close enough to cafes restaurants, the lovely beach .

Best of both beach & bush stay

Lovely & peaceful pet friendly holiday stay. Woodlands retreat has nearly everything you need for a get away. While you do need to drive to the beach you have many choices, Ocean Grove, Pt Lonsdale, Queenscliff were the ones we spent our time. We highly recommend Woodlands Retreat.

Perfection quiet

Having just bought a house in Ocean Grove Woodlands was a perfect retreat from the chaos of unpacking boxes and meeting tradies. Lovely to kick back at the end of the day. 5 nights was perfect. Thank you, would definitely recommend.
