Labor Day Getaway

We loved our stay at Mint Condition! The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to make for a very enjoyable vacation. The beach access directly across the street was amazing. We had so much fun enjoying the pool. Will definitely consider booking again if we return to Ocean Isle

Mint Condition Was a Dream

I rented Mint Condition for a quick girls weekend and everyone was so impressed with the home. Fantastic location - super close to the beach. The home came stocked with anything you could need. Really a fantastic property and would love to book Mint Condition again for future trips to OIB.

Amazing!

Our family has been coming to Ocean Isle Beach for 35 years! We have rented and also owned a house. This house has every amenity a family needs! We would recommend mint condition to anyone that appreciates someone who rents their home with everything a family could ask for.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed staying at Mint Condition for our yearly family trip to Ocean Isle. The proximity to the beach was great but we spent most of our time at the pool. The young adults and grandchildren loved having our own pool. The 6 bedroom house was hard to find and it fit us perfectly. The only thing we would change would be to have a bathroom down by the pool. We would definitely come back.

It Just Couldn't Have Been Better

Nice pool, easy walk to the beach

The house was as described and in a great location with easy beach access, only 2 min walk away. Having golf cart was a huge help when wanting to get to/from shops & restaurants as it can be a long walk when it is hot. The house itself was clean and worked well for our extended family of 14. Good set up with bunk rooms for kids. Pool area was nice, but not private with neighboring houses with decks all around. Construction going on currently right behind the house which may be bothersome for renters the next couple months. Primary complaint is limited supply of bath & kitchen towels, felt like we had to do laundry constantly to keep things fresh. Overall we had a very enjoyable week at the beach.
