Fantastic Family Vacation

The house was perfect for our family. Just a couple of blocks to the beach. Lots of local activities to participate in. The pool, firepit and outdoor kitchen were great for entertaining.

Relaxing Reunion Weekend

Gorgeous home! The location of this cul de sac home by the marsh was ideal. There were 12 of us co-workers/ nurses who thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Short walk to the beach. The only drawback was the bunk bed room which would have been perfect for kids but kind of awkward to maneuver for adults. Thank you Josh for a great weekend get away!

This is a great house with all the necessary amenities! We loved the pool, hot tub, and outdoor kitchen / grill. Location is fantastic - great views of the marsh and intercoastal waterways and just a short walk (or golf cart ride) to the beaches!

Beautiful home views for days

We loved our stay at the home. The beach access is very close. The home was clean, bright, and the outdoor living was wondeful. All the beds were comfy and the bathrooms were perfect. We loved the pool and hottub with the inlet view. We can’t wait to stay here again

The house and the amenities were spot on and the family had a great time. Standing on the back porch overlooking the marsh was beautiful. Bottom line a great place to enjoy Ocean Ilse !

Stunning views! The nicest house on the island. 22 summers here... this one was by far the place to stay. Home was super clean and amenities down to linens was tops! Renters will not regret this one.

Privacy plus!

This is an amazing house with fabulous marsh views and lots of privacy on a cul de sac. The kitchen is well appointed and there’s even a game room for the family’s enjoyment. We loved the pool area and whirlpool, but it does need a railing for handicapped or elderly folks. We’ll definitely want to stay here again next year!!

Best beach house

Overall our stay was the best we have ever had we really all enjoyed spending time at the property. We loved it wasn’t around many houses it was more on the private side. Also really liked there was a pool and big patio to spend time outside with the family. But I think what we loved the most was the outside grill to make food in the nights with the family. This was on of the bear house experiences we have.

We had a great week at this property! The location and the view of the marsh was wonderful. The home was clean, check in was a breeze, and Josh was so responsive to any questions we had! The only thing that we would have loved to have would be a fridge of some sort on the pool deck and perhaps an ice maker. I would recommend this home to anyone!

Great location, missed some important details

Great location. We loved being on a cul-de-sac for our children and privacy. Beautiful home and comfortable. Where it missed the mark was on cleanliness, lack of functional outdoor grill, the towels and linens were low quality and we had to make all the beds upon our arrival. The owner responded to our concerns on cleanliness and had the floors cleaned the day after we arrived. The bottom line: a very nice place that lacked the amenities we were expecting for the price point.
