No smoking or vaping indoors
No parties or events
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Please note: A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front door for security purposes. It records video and audio of the exterior entryway only. There is an inactive Blink camera above the front door that will be removed (it doesn't work).

Pet Policy – We happily welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs under 75 lbs with a paid pet fee of $200. Please clean up after your pet and do your best to keep them off the furniture.

No Smoking or Vaping – Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the home and anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation and a $500 cleaning fee.

No Parties – House parties or large gatherings are not permitted. Unauthorized events will lead to cancellation of your stay without a refund.

Guest Limit – The home accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. Please do not exceed this limit unless you’ve received prior approval from us.

Minimum Age Requirement – The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old and stay on-site for the duration of the booking, as required by local regulations.

Owner Areas – Certain closets are reserved for owner use and will remain locked during your stay. Thank you for respecting these spaces.

We work hard to keep everything in good working order and appreciate your understanding. Please report any maintenance issues as soon as possible. Refunds are not issued for unexpected power outages, or equipment malfunctions, including appliances, HVAC, or electronics.

When checking out, we just ask that you take your trash to the outdoor bin, clean any dirty dishes and lock all doors/windows. We’ll handle the rest—thanks for helping us keep things tidy for the next guests!
