The low rating is for the property manager, not the house. The house is incredible!

First and foremost, the low score is for the property manager, not the house. The home is advertised with a hot tub and it does not have one. His number on VRBO is wrong. It’s hard to get a hold of him. We stayed 7 nights in this incredible home. The location is perfect. It’s well stocked and we enjoyed nearly every minute of our time. The property manager is a liar, who is falsely advertising this home with a hot tub. He blamed the pool company, then the owner. Vrbo was no help. There are SO many other choices in the neighborhood for rentals, I’d skip this house until they’re under new management.

Beautiful home inside and out. Nice to have golf cart for our stay. My only criticism is with advertising “hot tub”. Not your typical hot tub but more of a jetted kiddie pool. We paid to have it and pool heated which made the pool lovely but hot tub same temp as pool. I am not accustomed to having to pay for “hot tub “ if in description of property. With that said the home is wonderful and stocked well and we would definitely stay there again!
