"Like others have said, small but cozy, large yard with firepit and covered back porch. Quiet neighborhood. Love the private trail to the beach. Grandson absolutely loved the bunnies. Nice it had the a RV hook up, my kids just got a new one and wanted to be able to stay also. "The house was great for the price, and so cute! We loved being able to walk everywhere. The LB Tavern (awesome pizza), Fun Center (with laser tag), go karts, and a variety of places to eat. The beach is not a far walk, and driving on the beach was cool and new to us. Highly recommend!"

"This home was the perfect size and location for four adults and our one grandson. We have stayed here before and we hope to come back again and again. The host was gracious, attentive and very helpful. This is the only property we’ve ever found that allows early checkin (11 am) AND a later checkout (2 pm)! "The Lewis cabin is designed to perfection. It has modern amenities in a cozy, updated cabin. Everything has been thought of for you, just show up and enjoy. Most well stocked and quality kitchen of any rental. It's just a lovely place, with a short walk to the beach and short drive into town, the location was great. We loved it and will definitely go back. Highly recommend."

"First Mates Cottage is a very roomy very clean house, nice and close to good clamming beach area's and our favorite store 'Jack's Country Store'. If you are coming to clam, they have 8 clam guns, altho they aren't the best. They have games for kids. A very big yard and hot tub. Be sure to bring your own presto logs as they only supply two and they are very expensive to purchase on the coast. We were allowed an early check in which was great, fee charged but fine with us.
